I have just attended a workshop in Melbourne about using ABC Splash. Some great statistics given and then we worked in groups looking at how teachers go about planning lessons and how we are feeling when doing it.
We looked at how they can reach a broad range and large number of teachers and students.
Now part of our role is to create something to use in class or promote aspects of ABC Splash.
I know many teachers already use ABC Splash but have you seen their new website?
You can find resources, play games as well as join in competitions. This is all from the very front page of the website so it is easier to navigate.
You can also search via a topics A-Z, news and articles and STEM.
We had time to look around the website and see what we could use when planning lessons.
Leigh Murphy created a great presentation to view about the website.
Question: Have you visited ABC Splash? Do you like the new website? How often do you use resources from this website? Do you want me to write posts about various topics mentioned on ABC Splash?
