What’s happened to my clustrmap?

Clustrmap had a big server problem in late March, so any blogs that had clustrmaps starting with www4 now need to get a new clustrmap.

How do I do that?

  1. Dashboard> widgets> open clustrmap widget
  2. Delete your email address
  3. Untick the box
  4. Save changes
  5. Now open the clustrmap widget again
  6. There will be an error message in red
  7. Fill in your email again
  8. Make sure the URL of your blog is correct
  9. Tick the box
  10. Save changes

If you now go to your actual blog and refresh it, the new clustmap will be there rather than the greyed out one. Check this blog post from clustrmaps to find out how to get an image of your old clustrmap that you could add to your blog as well if you want.
