  1. Hello 1/2 Moore!

We are a 3/4 class from just outside Hobart and we are very new to blogging.
We are just beginning to look at other blogs and your blog is the first one we have commented on.
We have been learning about ANZAC Day also. We learnt that the ANZACs were actually taken to the wrong beach and had to deal with very steep cliffs. The Turkish troops had the advantage from the beginning. We also learnt that our dawn services are held at that time because that is the time of day that the troops landed on the beaches at Gallipoli.
Please feel free to look at our blog. We are called 3/4 Bayside Learners.
    Bye for now.

    • Welcome to the world of blogging grade 3/4! I must say that I have become quite addicted to it, and I have only been blogging (properly) this year too. It is proving to be a fantastic way to communicate with parents and children from all around the world. I have had a look at your blog and you are certainly writing a lot – your Anzac work is fantastic! Might I suggest that you get a ClustrMap? The children in my class get very excited to see how many visitors they have had to our blog and where they are blogging from. Of course, a class pet is proving very popular too. We are about to vote on a new pet for this term. I also noted that you are in Miss W’s very capable hands! She is a gem – I have learnt sooo much from her. I will add your site to our class blogs widget if that is o.k. and the children can then comment on your blog too.
      Happy blogging!
